Since October 2023, we have been presenting fine art prints by Neal Preston, Bob Gruen and other well-known photographers permanently in Frankfurt. More than 30 large-format, limited and signed fine art prints are presented in a unique environment in the rooms of Studio 301 Germany. Centrally located “In the heart of Europe” you will be captivated by the irresistible atmosphere of the exhibition.
The year is 2015. The Musikmesse Frankfurt is the mecca of the music industry and the world’s largest meeting place for manufacturers, distributors, musicians and fans. Neal Preston’s unique photographs are presented on an area measuring over 800 square meters. Neal was and is one of the most important rock ‘n’ roll photographers in the world.
Countless photos of him on, in front of and behind the stage make the iconic artists immortal from then until today. Brian May, guitarist of Queen, rightly says that Neal was the fifth band member of Queen.
A perfect blend of passion, productivity and emotion awaits you in the rooms of the Limelight Gallery and Studios 301 Germany. This is where real, handmade music is created, be a witness to the times and experience magical moments with the fine art prints of Neal Preston, Bob Gruen and other well-known artists.
Fine Art Prints, Books & More
The exhibition is rounded off by a small but fine selection of exclusive illustrated books from the renowned R/A/P publishing house in London.
Photo books of Neal Preston’s works, but also illustrated books and stories of legendary bands such as Led Zeppelin, Queen and The Rolling Stones make fans’ hearts beat faster.
In addition, contemporary witnesses have their say in documentaries about Woodstock and other great festivals.
