"Bob Dylan was preparing for a tour in Australia. And since he didn't have a backup band, he hired Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers as his backup band, which isn't actually a bad idea. They rehearsed on a sound stage in Los Angeles on a movie theater. And I stopped by to take some pictures for Bob and Tom. For promotional purposes. One interesting thing about the photo is that the guy in the background is called Howie Epstein and used to be the bass player of the Heartbreakers. Unfortunately, a few years later, he died of a drug overdose." - NEAL
